The use of water is included in the price, for electricity there’s a prepaid system (pagatinu) where you can upload electricity credit.

For every stay you get an basic electrical credit of 75kWh. This credit is included for stays longer then 7 days. Should you use all the credit before the stay is over, you can top up using the manual available in the apartment on how to add electrical credit.
