The Resort
Bon Bini! Welcome to Apartment Mariposa which is located on the secured resort Jan Sofat Luxury. On the resort you can get lost in the tropical gardens and enjoy the large swimming pool and waterfalls. Jan Sofat Luxury is just around the corner from Jan Thiel Beach. A hidden gem, a perfect hideaway for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious living room with French doors, which makes the room one, with the spacious terrace when you open the doors. With a children's play corner and a refreshing swimming pool with paddling pool, there is always something to do for everybody. This also makes this accommodation very suitable for children. You can enjoy on your own terrace overlooking a beautiful garden full of butterflies, flowers and tropical plants.

The spacious living room with open kitchen provides an open connection with the indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a Quooker, a dishwasher, a combination microwave, induction hob and an American refrigerator with freezer and ice cube machine. The house is equipped with 220 volt sockets.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, private bathroom and comfortable double beds. An additional single bed is bookable for €35,- per night excluding VAT, including towels and bedlinnen. The outdoor area offers a nice lounge set and dining area where you can enjoy the cool wind breeze which is always present. We have 2 fans available on the terras as well.
Guest access
We recommend you to rent a car during your stay. Everything is close by, but not within walking distance and public transport is minimal. Parking is free and secured at Jan Sofat Luxury. We will arrange the access for you after your reservation and payment are made.
Electricity and water usage
Water usage is included in the rate. Electricity will be charged according to consumption. Our host will take the meter readings with you when you check in and out. The costs for the electricity will be deducted from the deposit (€ 0.50 per kWh).

Deposit
The deposit is 600ANG / $300 / €300. This should be transferred in advance.

Tourist tax
Tourist tax: Curacao has a tourist tax of 7% and this must be paid separately from the reservation.

Additional services
Bedlinen, towels, a beach towel, and kitchen towels are included.
