The property is located within the gated community "Jan Sofat." Only guests registered by name are granted access, ensuring a high level of security. The apartment itself has 2 rooms. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed that sleeps up to 2 people and a spacious closet with a built-in safe for valuables. The living room, furnished with a sofa, table, and cabinet, opens onto the private terrace and pool. The kitchenette is integrated into the living area. Kitchen amenities include a large refrigerator, a gas stovetop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and dishes. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans; the bedroom also has air conditioning. The apartment has its own small, quiet terrace with a table and two chairs, where you can relax and unwind in the evening.
The apartment has a good internet connection that supports streaming. Therefore, there is no TV.
There are two cats on the property who keep mice and other rodents away from the outdoor areas. Since I’m allergic to cats, I don’t let them into the apartment.
