“This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.”

“We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. Needs horizonatal surfaces in bathroom, maybe a small table, shelf on wall by sink, a few more hooks. Struggled with thermostat, but, once we got windows open, that was fine, despite street noise at night.”

“Beautifully decorated with a super friendly and helpful staff! Walkable to many fun areas - Reading Terminal Market only a few blocks away, and Washington Square and Rittenhouse Square not to far. The train station & airports (both Philly & Newark) are easy to get to on public transport as well. But again, the customer service and the way they checked in on us and were available even after check-out through their text chat for me was above and beyond.
