3 bedroom 1 bath completely remodeled house on a quiet street with a fenced in back yard for your well behaved pet. 1.3 mi to Turtle Creek Casino. 8 mi to Traverse City. Perfect for the horse show just 3 miles away! Sit on the covered front porch and chill or go to the deck out back with fire pit in yard (fire wood not included). Large sun room in back of house to enjoy your morning coffee. King size bed on ground floor, one queen, one full size bed up stairs. Smart TV. Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer on main floor.

Great location for TC horse shows.

Loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. Access to the yard from the back room would be ideal but either way it was great! The house is old but so nicely appointed and very clean. Comfy beds too! Lori was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would be happy to return!

1st visit to the area

Comfortable bed. Great location close to everything Grand Traverse has to offer. Hit the ATV trail from the house. Great stay.

Great stay

As advertised. Quiet, Clean, well appointed, nice stay for family of 4. Beds very comfortable. Enjoyed the back yard for kids and dogs. Easy access to Traverse City and peninsulas.

Cozy quiet cottage in great location

Great cottage with just what you need. Lori was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when things came up or had a question during our stay. The house is also very close to the horse show grounds (5 minutes away) which as also incredibly convenient for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice refuge from home renovations!

I stayed here during flooring upgrades at my home home a few miles away. The kitchen is well equipped and my dog loved the spacious, fully fenced backyard. The neighborhood is peaceful and leafy but convenient for M-72 and only 20 mins into downtown Traverse City. I didn’t use the fire pit or gas grill, but would have if staying longer.

Great location

This house is in a great location just outside of Traverse City so you can avoid the crowds, yet a short drive to anywhere you’d want to go. Everything was stocked well and Lori was very responsive. Also, the beds were super comfortable! Would stay here again.

Cute Little House

This house is absolutely adorable! We loved having the fenced in backyard for our 2yo and dog. The only downside was that it was very hot the two main days of our stay and the whole house is not air conditioned. There are only air condition units in the bedroom windows. This was not mentioned on the listing. Other than that, it was perfect!

Perfect family home!

This home was perfect for our family of 5 & dog vacation! The home was very clean and comfortable for us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our dog appreciated the fenced in back yard. Lori’s home is absolutely adorable in every way ! It was exactly what we needed for my daughters bachelorette slumber party . Relaxing ..inviting 
 we enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch and making s’mores in the very spacious backyard ! 12 out of 10 would recommend !! I will be suggesting her home to friends and family coming to town for the wedding . Thanks again Lori for everything ❀

Quaint and Comfortable

We loved this house. Quaint, well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. Quiet neighborhood less than 10-minutes to Grand Traverse Resort and 20 to Traverse City. Great yard. We enjoyed a cozy dinner party for 4 on the back porch. Beware of no TV transmission - not just no cable. If you care, bring your connector and cables. We had a hard time finding in stock - $100 for phone and connector and cable but once we found we were able to connect into our DirectTV and FUbol accounts.

Off the beaten path

The home was welcoming and clean. Loved that original walls, floors, doors, etc. remained throughout the property. Front room was cozy. We enjoyed a meal out on the deck and making smores in the fire pit! Our little fur baby LOVED having the big fenced in yard all to himself. He has missed this since we moved from Maryland three years ago into a sub that does not allow fences. :(

Great location for Ice Man race

Lori's house was perfect for three of us who raced Ice Man. It was less than a 10 mile drive to anything we needed for the weekend. The house was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs.

Clean, Quiet, and Close to TC and ER

Lori’s place was very clean and comfortable. It is just outside of Traverse City and situated in close proximity to TC, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Elk Rapids, and a grocery store (if you want to do your own cooking). The house has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfy Home, Perfect Home Base

A lovely home. Comfy and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive when I called to coordinate. We used this as home base and visited the UP and Mackinaw, Elk Rapids, Petoskey, Charlevoix. Another day spent in Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Four adults - parents and 2 adult kids. Plenty of room. Beds comfortable. One bathroom but never ran out of hot water. A TV for DVD movies but no TV. Would have been nice to bring a laptop and hookup for sports but not a big deal - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wifi with good bandwidth- great for everyone to use. Nice space for everyone - sun room, front porch, dining area and living - was perfect. A nice backyard and BBQ grill - although we ate out. Nicely appointed kitchen. Drip coffee pot for those wanting to know. Would recommend the addition of an electric fry pan to allow for group breakfast prep (pancakes or French toast) but that is a small thing. We had a great stay! Loved it. Many thanks to our hosts!
