I’m a hotel snob and hard to please when it comes to hotel rooms, and this one was pleasing in all the ways that are important to me. “Convenient and quiet location, felt very safe. Property could use some love as far as updating and yard maintenance. Clearly there’s some years of wear and tear, but somewhat expected in a college town. A fresh coat of paint and new furniture would go a long way though. ”
