“We went from staying at one of the worst Hampton Inn’s in Flemington, New Jersey to one of the best Hampton Inn’s in Hagerstown, Maryland.The property is very clean and well lit at night.We were checked in by Karin who was fabulous. She was very friendly and personable gave us information about the area and even went out of her way to get us two extra pillows. The breakfast actually had fresh blueberries and strawberries, which tasted wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room...

“This is a standard hotel that performs as expected. It has gym, pool and good location in terms of easy access to freeways as well as shoping. Friendly staff, good rooms and good service. As an european I expect more in terms of "continental breakefast" but what was servered here is just as good here as any other place.”

“To begin, they demand extra money to check me in, exactly $50 dollars, which they promised that will be refunded, they only refunded $21. Then, when I get to the room, it was grossly, the towel were dirty, roaches, I stay till 3Am cleaning by myself the room. The only reason I stay there is because I travel to that town to take care of some legal/court matter that required in person attendance, I will give them minus zero.”

“They did not have the room we booked available and refused to upgrade us so we had to move the next day. Front desk manager would not help not even try to find an appropriate solution. He refused to pick up the phone when Expedia called. Said he could not return email. We had a king suite and we could not even see the tv from the bed. Stains on bottom of mattress and stains on the top of the sheets. Not a good experience. ”

“Room old and stuffy .. the people there I suppose were extended stay. Like some kind of half way house. .stairway had garage. My room everything was unplugged couldn’t figure out how to work the tv. Phone was even unplugged. We had 2 people 2 nights only 1 bar and 1 shampoo. We had no cups in our room. This is the witst place I ever stayed. Never again ”
