Nice condo on the water. Spent the 4th of July here and the area was really nice. You could view fireworks from the property.

Condo was spacious, clean, and it had everything you needed.

Condo was lovely. It had all the perks, plush towels, comfy beds, and much more. We will definitely return.

Great views of the Lake

Beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again in the future. The host was very accommodating and responded to questions right away. We enjoyed having the restaurant close by, within walking distance of condo.

Romantic getaway

The property is a great location. Hubby loved being able to fish from balcony! Enjoyed all the ducks and birds. Overall a great place. Just maybe a few upgrades like bigger couch or more seating. Owners were great to work with! Will stay again

Great little spot on the lake

Our stay was great overall. You are right on the lake with a second story view of the lake! Tons of boats & ducks swimming right up to the dock. The condo was spacious enough for the two of us but a family would fit just fine too. The restaurant is steps away that we highly recommend! Drinks & appetizers were delish!

Christmas stay

Overall our stay was ok! The view was beautiful! The host was super great at communicating. And fast at responding when there was a problem. We came to visit my brother and his family for Christmas because my dad has stage 4 cancer. So we stayed close to "home". The neighbors played music loudly until after 2am every night (and we were there for 8 nights). We spent the whole week grumpy and tired, snapping at each other. We enjoyed our stay mostly but I think it's a place best if you don't plan on staying in like we needed or have kids staying.

Disappointed

I would like to start with being given the wrong code to enter the property. Had to contact the host and she stated that she sent it but really hadn’t. She sent it AFTER I CALLED. The odor upon arrival was deplorable. The condo smelled of old moth balls and dated furniture. The upstairs was infested with insects so it was hard to fall asleep. The furniture is outdated. The beds feel like bricks. Everyone left with hurting backs, legs, and shoulders. The tvs didn’t work properly. Upstairs TVs didn’t work at all. Living room tv turned off every 20 minutes and the volume didn’t work. Remote in master bedroom didn’t work. Host sent her “husband” to fix the tvs and he brought a bottle of wine I guess as a peace offering. He didn’t fix one. Cabinet lining was nasty. Dishes weren’t clean. There’s a huge scratch on the living room tv making viewing impossible. For some reason the dishwasher had standing dirty water (look like from the disposal) This experience was horrible. Family stayed in these condos many times but different units. This unit was the only disappointing one. Too expensive for what we experienced. It wasn’t worth half the cost.

End of Summer Getaway

Very nice property. Clean and close to everything. Only suggestion is property needs more lighting for security purposes. Very dark if you arrive at night. Also, it's probably just because it's so hot outside but the upstairs never cooled off completely.

Beautiful view

Great place to enjoy Lake Conroe. Right next to the Wave Restaurant. Easy drive to Houston Airport.
