âWe stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed.
Itâs by far the worst Hyatt Iâve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasnât appreciated.
On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later.
The rooms are outdated...
âLoved this old hotel. The rooms are 1920 themed rooms and although they were a little dinged up (walls), the room was clean and comfortable and we are glad we stayed here on our Rte 66 drive. 11th street in feont was undwr construction so we went over to 15th street to find places to eat per the hotel clerks recommendation. Unfortunately the bar was closed when we returnes from dinner so couldn't check it out. We would stay here again. â
âOverall very good stay, clean spacious room. Only downside is the pool was closed for maintenance. We were in Tulsa for an event, and this was one of the stay options so it was pretty busy. The staff did a great job of maintaining the breakfast stocked with how busy it was during breakfast hours. â
âDisliked having to have card reentered to get to elevators while holding hot delivered food..why not have all cards good togo as long as visitor is compliant....please put directions on shower faucet it could turn scalding within seconds, not the time you want to be adjusting the temperature...ice machine out of order on 2 floor.. Ms Amber front end manager went up and beyond to help with room changes initiated by Ms Natalie..they both were exlemperry employees and acknowledging them is...
