“The room was great. Nicely decorated. The restaurant/bar was not open during our stay. I wish that had been better communicated. I picked the place because of the breakfast option. It was situated between Llano and Kingsland, so dining options were nearby.

“Rooms are amazing, clean, comfy, relaxing!
Staff is amazing Emmet was wonderful to us he made us delicious breakfast in the mornings! Pool is also wonderful, and relaxing with beautiful flowers around the property and pool! This place is a wonderful place to get away from the city and just unwind and spend some quality time with your partner or family... ”

“Super Cute Hotel.. These are like little cottages, with great location close to all shops and restaurants. has like a country super cute vibe. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, and every morning you get your very tasty breakfast sent in a basket to your door.. WOW!! I just wished there was a regular coffee maker in the room. All toiletries, soap lotion and shampoo specially are amazing !

“Beautiful property, very well located in town, beside an excellent winery tasting room.
Lovely owners, spacious room and very spacious bathroom. Delicious gelato was a lovely additional touch. Thoroughly recommend this property if you’re in Fredericksburg ”
