“Nice place parking kinda sucks feels like going to a packed shopping center. AC was kinda loud. Only had couple instances of loud people making noise but overall nice place.”

“The pillows were so flimsy, I basically got no sleep. The air vents were insanely loud when the AC ran which kept us up too. We had a handicap room, which should have been reserved for someone who was handicap. But the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the counter, water got all over the counter when we used it. It also stunk like weed on our entire floor. Which causes us to get headaches.”

“This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I traveled 5 hours and on my way there, they tried charging my credit card before I even checked in. When I arrived I was told that since my card was declined and I did not check in by 9 pm (which the check-in details had no cut off time for check-in) that they canceled my room and that they did not have a room for me. “The air conditioning was not working in room 124, so after 2 nights we moved to 118. It did not work either; another hot night. The next morning we were offered a fan. No. So we moved to 116. By then the weather had cooled in any event. No compensation offered.
