âClean rooms are very important and this hotel had clean bathrooms and the room was clean. The pool was delightful. Breakfast was wonderful. The only negative was the coffee, yet there were better options close by for coffee snobs like me. Everything else WAS EXCELLENT and we look forward to staying here again.â
âWe had an emergency situation and needed to switch hotels last minute. I called around 9:15 PM to confirm our reservation, and Ashland at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The next morning, my family let me know their stay was greatâthey were given a late checkout with no issues, and the breakfast was good. The only minor downside was that the entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find at night due to limited signage.â
