The house was adorable. We spent most of our time on the dock. We caught fish and enjoyed being outside. There were lots of birds to watch. It was a perfect place for my husband and me. Host was great at communicating.

This was a perfect stay for what I was looking for! The whole cabin is open which I didn’t really gather from the pics but it made it really cozy and intimate for my family. My son cried when it was time to go even. It also was accommodating to my fishing pals too and the boat dock and all the property was in immaculate shape. The owners communication was excellent as well. Would recommend and stay here again!

This is a beautiful place to relax and call home for a few days. Judy, our host, was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful and graciously opened her home to me and my wife when we were in need of a place to stay. If I could give this review 100 stars, I absolutely would.

The lake house was the perfect getaway for my wife and me. It was clean, very private and comfortable. The grounds are nice and the weather was perfect for sitting outside and fishing off the private dock. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. Though we never met the host they responded quickly via messaging. The house is well stocked. We will be back.

Our stay at the Lakehouse Cottage was absolutely wonderful!!! We loved waking up to beautiful lake views and ending the day with fishing on the private dock and relaxing on the porch.Inside, the cottage had everything we needed. Judy provides little extra amenities in case you forgot something. Everything looked brand new and was spotless. There were thoughtful touches throughout. It’s obvious the hosts put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. If you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside escape with great fishing and a cozy home base, this place is a gem. We will definitely be staying again!

Relaxing stay

We had a relaxing three-day weekend at this wonderful property! It was immaculate and spacious for just myself and husband! The neighborhood was quiet and the property was well manicured. Water level was low but we still caught fish off the dock! Overall it was a great stay that we highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

Sibling fishing trip

The property is located in a nice neighborhood in a protected cove near the main lake. Very quiet and clean. The house had everything we needed and then some. There's a general store only a few minutes away that also sells bait. We launched our boat from the state park, also only a few minutes away. We caught several catfish from the dock in the evenings. We will definitely stay again.
