Many of these professionals are familiar with Abbey House and can even come directly to the property to help make your celebration seamless.

➝ We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip. Travel insurance is available through your Hospitable Guest Portal and can help protect your investment if unexpected events such as illness, travel delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances affect your plans.

Weather Policy

We do not issue refunds for weather events or named storms. To protect your investment, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Check-In Requirements

Before you receive your check-in instructions, you'll need to complete and sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement through your guest portal. Once it's signed, we'll send everything you need for a smooth arrival.

➝ You must be 21 years of age or older to book your stay. A valid government-issued ID may be required for age verification.

➝ Your signed Short-Term Rental Agreement is required before check-in instructions will be released.

Check-In & Check-Out

➝ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM

➝ Check-out is 10:00 AM

➝ Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available so our team has adequate time to professionally prepare the home for every guest.

House Rules

➝ Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the decks and patios. Violations will result in a $750 ozone treatment fee per occurrence.

➝ If you remain in the home after the 10:00 AM check-out time, you'll be charged $100 per 25-minute increment.

➝ Please treat the home as if it were your own. You'll be responsible for any broken or missing items during your stay.
