What my family and I didn’t like was that: the toilet didn’t flush when we arrived (my daughter tried to use it) my husband and I had to add water to the back of the toilet to get it to work, and it was extremely dirty water that was in the toilet.
The tv went out in the middle of the night and it took like 20 mins to get it back on.
The pull out was so uncomfortable that my 7 year old daughter didn’t want to sleep on it.
There wasn’t enough wash cloths when requested.
The regular bed was just okay it could’ve been more comfortable as well as the pillows they were very worn in.
One of the staff members for breakfast was quite rude, she was not friendly and had an attitude, which I didn’t understand why.
But
The front desk staff was nice and helpful , the manager on staff did send someone to come fix the toilet right away.
Wish they had a jacuzzi, the pool was very small and super cold but it was in the inside and useful for the kids.
