The place was super clean and stocked with things you may have forgotten to pack. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to consider new mattresses. However, it could just be that i am old and everything hurts my back. Lol. Overall, we were really happy with the stay!

Experience was nice. We did see a few ants in the bathroom and a few knats. The back entrance was a little scary. Trying to carry bags up the stairs was hard From a safety standpoint for you guests could be a liability since stairs kind of moved

Room for all

With 6 of us there were beds for everyone. The kitchen made breakfast and snacks easy. There was private parking in the alley and a very steep set of stairs to climb. The beds were very comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the street for sleeping. Our host offered to put a couple of twin beds in the living room and that worked out great for us. I even was able to do a load of laundry. Wonderful host.

Great spot in Wilmington!

This spot was awesome. Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. It was perfect for our coaching staff. Easy check in. Clean. Everything you’d need. 100% would recommend and 100% would return.

Family and Friends Marathon Trip

Our group traveled to Wilmington to participate in their annual marathon. The location of the property was ideal for this event as it was less than one mile away from the start line. We were able to prepare meals in the house and the noise from the street was minimal. The property was fully stocked with amenities and communication with the property manager was always timely. Our group included five adults and one child and there was plenty of room for us all. Thanks for a great stay!

out of town guests felt right at home

Our out of town artists stayed for about 5 weeks at this convenient and safe property. They felt at ease and like they were able to relax after performing 6-8 during the week. Host was polite and respectful, would definitely book this property again or reccommend others stay here

We had a great experience. From the start, Nikhil was accommodating to our difficult schedule. The place was clean, stocked and as advertised! Lots of amenities at a reasonable price. Industrial design with warm touches. Good location to downtown.

Beautiful condo, great location

I have to start by saying that the host of this property thought of everything! There are phone chargers, ear plugs (fairly busy city street), white noise machine, coffee station, very comfortable beds, bedding… I could go on. You can also open the doors with an app. The only drawback was the parking and the back stairs. The rear stairs are a very steep, metal fire stairs and the way to the parking spots is riddled with pot holes. But we would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome details with this property

Our host was very accommodating. The amenities were great!!! So much attention to detail cell phone chargers in all convenient spaces. Very peaceful in the evening.. totally worth booking again!
