Our property has a very cozy and quaint feel. This older home has been reinvented with a large master suite and a guest bedroom that has two beds! This place is perfect for a family and has ample space with modern amenities. It's very pet friendly and has a very large and spacious back yard that is completely fenced in. You will appreciate the space and the easy drive to the beach, UNCW, downtown and other popular hotspots in Wilmington.

We stayed at the property for three days during our pre-Christmas visit to family in the area. The home was located on a convenient road between Eastwood and College Roads near Oleander and easily accessible to Wrightsville Beach. We have two small dogs that travel with us and they loved the large expanse of the fenced-in back yard. The house is apparently undergoing some renovation since the picture which shows wall with a door into an office area is not accurate any longer. That wall is now gone. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good for our use. The kitchen was modern and opened into a dining area that also worked well for us. The host stayed in contact as necessary and offered us an appropriate way to enter the property. The driveway is circular and allowed us good visability to enter and exit. We were pleased with our stay and would be willing to return when we need a good place to stay in the future.

Great pet friendly property & location!

Home is immaculately clean & smells so good! Very large back yard is perfect for playing and pets. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen.Communication with the host was easy thru the whole process with prompt responses.I would like to see the few minor cosmetic repairs made to the homes exterior to appeal to the overall experience but those do not affect the stay you will have. Overall very pleased with this property. The location was perfect and we would absolutely go back with our kids & pups!

Weekend stay

This place was perfect for what I needed. It is on a busy street, but it backs up to a neighborhood, so I was able to walk the pups. And as listed, the backyard is huge.

Close to everything

Rental is close to restaurants/shops and a quick drive to the ocean. We traveled with our dogs and they really enjoyed the fenced yard. The listing description doesn’t do justice on how huge it is! House is very clean and comfortable. Tried to contact the host about TVs and didn’t get a response, it seems that’s the main problem with every review too. Never figured them out (followed the directions in welcome packet) besides bedroom tv let us pull up YouTube. It says smart tv but apps wouldn’t work.
