“The house was in a good area and clean. The problem with the house is in the master bedroom. The floor is about to fall in. I pulled back the rug to see why it was so soft and found that the laminate floor is cracked and barely holding up. There is also an area of concern between the dining room and in the kitchen where it feels like it’s starting to sag as well. That is a huge safety hazard. “Nice clean place in a quiet modest Savannah neighborhood. Provided everything we needed for a hassle-free stay! Kroger 5 min. down the street. A few restaurants close by too. Easy access to everything in Savannah. Only one suggestion, a decent gas grill on the deck would be nice.”

“Inaccurate listing: there was no garage parking. Garage was not available for use. Beds, couches, and other furniture extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable… not ideal for daily use. There was a leak in the kitchen and in the laundry room. The hot tub didn’t work properly. The ceiling fan remote was missing in the master bedroom. Also, a ton of extension cords and power strips strung together, making this house seem very unsafe. We notified the owner about several of the issues and return...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of room for 4 adults and included our dogs. Allan is a superior host. We had a minor issue with the back yard with a break in the fence that the dogs could get out of, however, after we let him know, it was fixed in lightning time! Very responsive to emails and so many amenities at the house. Very well situated in Savannah and close to South Carolina! Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back! ”
