“Very accommodating”

“The heavy curtain that blocks out light had a huge tear in it. The outside shower curtain had mold on the top corner. The soap dish holder had cracks in it. The carpet smelled bad and looked really worn out. Overall, the inside of the property is pretty worn down. Bistro area had old scratched tables and chairs. Couches had stains. I will not choose this property if I ever visit the area again. The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why...

“I recommend calling them after making a reservation especially when you’re staying for more than one night just to confirm reservation. I reserved a 2 queen bed room only to find out that they have ran out of 2 queen bed rooms and ended up having a king bed room. No big deal bc we only stayed for one night but just a heads up, so I recommend that you call them. The rooms are clean, amenities are good, place smells good.”

“The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a great start to our stay. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and we appreciated that towels were provided so we didn’t have to bring our own. The next day, we needed extra bath towels in our room, and after calling the front desk, they were delivered within minutes. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, including Belgian waffles, eggs, bagels, cereal, and much more. We truly enjoyed our stay...

“This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes. In the morning, they drop of pastries, fruit, juice and coffee’s which were complimentary. Their onsite bar is cozy and the bartenders were great. While we didn’t eat there, the food...

“Pro’s and con’s with this hotel; key didn’t work when I got to room. The room was spacious and nice. Very nice bathroom. Truck depot st back was slightly disturning in early morning.. Side door did only work to go out, not to go in from parking lot. No supervised parking, but enough spaces. Good wifi. Fridge in room. The photos of lobby/restaurant make it seem lager than reality. Ashley in the restaurant is amazing! So much positive energy! The breakfast staff, quite the opposite.. not...
