For cozy nights in, a large streaming TV is available that is located for easy viewing from nearly anywhere in the open living space.

The open-concept kitchen is as functional as it is stylish, featuring stainless steel countertops, a gas range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. With bar seating for three and a large farmhouse table that seats up to ten, this space is made for connection—whether you're cooking a big family meal or enjoying a lazy morning breakfast.

The RusTx Ranch- Main House comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and bonus sleeping options. On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 is a spacious primary suite featuring a plush king bed, a cozy accent chair, ensuite bathroom, and private access to the porch. The attached primary bathroom adds a playful twist with its tastefully done “outhouse” theme, featuring dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a private toilet closet—all accented with rustic charm.

Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers another comfortable king bed plus two inviting window nooks—perfect for curling up with a good book. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed, a charming vanity, and its own seating nook. This room also provides direct access to the upstairs bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo and a double vanity with charming decorative touches.

Also upstairs, a lofted living area overlooks the main living space below and features a plush sofa, a club chair, and ottoman beneath the warm wood beams—ideal for a quiet retreat or extra lounging space.

For extra guests, there’s a sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft, as well as a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room, bringing the total capacity to 10 guests comfortably.

Base price is for 6 guests, additional guests will incur additional guest fees.
