Truly a lovely home with all you need for your family to enjoy their time together (board games, pool table, patio areas, wonderful dining area). The view from the patio to the creek was terrific, but sadly, there was no water in the stream, which was disappointing. I know no one can control that but knowing would have lessoned the disappointment. The day before check-in, I received a text saying the rental agreement had not been signed, I didn't know about it. Called, and the lady told me it was sent three times and gave me the time and date sent; I had already searched inbox, trash, and spam for their company name. Using Gmail, most things make it to my inbox. We tried another email- it worked. So we were set and headed on our getaway. I fell in love with the house instantly. It is close to town, a quiet neighborhood, deer everywhere. That night we began noticing bugs, just a few downstairs, more upstairs. I meant to call the next day but we had a full day. That night the numbers were much higher. I texted the company and sent a pic via email. They did not respond and still haven't. By the third night my son used our shower because there were more than so many bugs in his. Our feet were also black from walking around in the house. Google searched the bugs, they look like click beetles. The house was great but the management company experiences were not. Would rate a 1 if the house wasn't so perfect without factoring the beetles in.
