We know it is frustrating to feel like one cannot fully take advantage of a luxury amenity while on vacation. Our team prepared the hot tub properly prior to your arrival. We received your message regarding the smell on the morning of your departure, after a 2 night stay. Without having the opportunity to investigate while you were with us, we can't be sure of the cause. We certainly appreciate that you have brought this to our attention so we may address it. We apologize for the towels left in the dryer. Our housekeepers would not have left the house without setting up, but they are human and may have forgotten to pull the extras from the dryer. We are so sorry that you did not love your experience at the property. We value guest feedback and are reviewing all of the issues you raised in your review in an effort to improve if needed. Upon review we did see that none of these issues were reported to our office until after you checked out as a means of requesting a refund. Unfortunately as we explained prior to your posting this review, we cannot refund if the issues are not brought to our attention during your stay so we have an opportunity to correct any shortcomings. This is a very busy and popular property and has had many delighted guests during this season but our housekeepers are human and it is always possible something was missed. In such cases, we are happy to send a team member out to resolve the concern so you may enjoy your stay to the fullest. We hope in the future if we have the opportunity to host you, please do reach out to our office if there are items in need of attention as our goal is to provide guests positive experiences and lasting memories.
