Great time in Wimberley
Wonderful first time experience at a Bed and Breakfast. Donna and Dave were wonderful hosts and provided great breakfast and conversation. The location was beautiful and private, yet close enough to all the shops and activities. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near Wimberley.

Wonderful time....
Amazing hospitality!!! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a great time visiting and having some very tasty home made food!

It was my first time staying at a B&B and this property was the best choice to get that experience, the hostess were friendly , helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was very home and catered with care and hospitality. Rooms were clean and each has its own character. I had all I need it. My only observation is that the walls are very thin I could hear all that was going on in the other rooms , might be a turn off for some . Over all good experience , I would come back , for sure .

It was great staying at prow'd house. The hosts were so nice and welcoming and breakfast was an intimate and cozy experience. The only thing I would say is that because the 3 rooms downstairs are so close together and the walls are thin, sound travels super easily between each room! Other than that everything was really great and it was lovely staying here!

Hidden Gem
Wonderful time at Prow'd House. Hosts were amazing along with their security and social directors(Mike and Ike). Property was private. Saw a buck and gray fox off our back deck. Breakfast each day was great. Highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway
Wonderful stay, quiet, pretty and off the beaten path. Donna and Dave were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed visiting with the other guests. We could see why one of the couples had been returning here for the last 8 years.

Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Lovely owners who served a simple, delicious breakfast. Close to town but feels secluded and close to nature.

The Prow’d House is an amazing and beautiful place. It is quiet, relaxing, and very private. It made our anniversary very special. Donna & Dave welcome you as family and are very knowledgeable about the area, the places to go and do things in and around Wimberly and their breakfasts are wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax, and just enjoy nature. We will definitely be going there again!!! Thank you Dave and Donna for the best vacation we have had in many years.

B&B in Wimberly, TX
The Prow'd House is a wonderful B&B. The remoteness of the house yet the proximity to Wimberly made this a fabulously relaxing get away. It was easy to get to town for dinner or to explore the area. Dave and Donna are wonderful hosts, and the breakfasts are terrific. A return trip is definitely in our future.

Anniversary weekend getaway
Dave and Donna are wonderful hosts! They make you feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The place was nice, quiet, lovely and very clean! It was clean and the hosts were delightful.
It was very clean and we found the hosts delightful. There was an odd smell that we couldn't identify. Almost like burnt rubber. The beds were a little stiff but the linen was lovely and the room size was great. You can't beat felling like you were in the middle of the hill country. WOnderful location.

The buildings and facilities were welcoming, comfortable, well appointed and up to date. The bed mattress was exceptional. The only drawback was the TV. It appeared to be digital airwave TV, but may have been cable. It was limited in channels. There wasn't any menu to find programs or stations. The grounds were interesting, peaceful and quiet. David and Donna, the owners, were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and definitely good breakfast cooks. Nothing to fancy, just good home cooking and plenty of it. We will hopefully return there in the future, perhaps in the winter. We highly recommend Prow'd House B&B!

My girlfriend and I got there Friday afternoon to a suite that was in perfect condition. Dave and Donna are incredibly gracious hosts, they answered all our questions and provided us with great local information to make our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Prow’d house!!!

Amazing Time
We had the best time of our lives at the Prow'd House B&B. Dave and Donna made us feel like we were at home. With a DELICIOUS breakfast and such beautiful scenery what else can you ask for.. Donna and Dave are very gracious hosts - full homemade breakfast every morning on the patio, great company and good conversation, and Donna and Dave made themselves available whenever we needed. This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast and it was VERY enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing place! My mom, sister and I stayed there for the weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time. The Hosts were so kind and so fun to talk to and we loved meeting another couple who was staying at the B&B the same weekend. Breakfast was delicious each morning and served out on the deck. You really feel relaxed the entire time. Loved the hot tub right outside our room on the deck. Also it was just 5-10 min away from everything... downtown, Glass Blowing Place, Jacobs Well, etc.. Very convenient to everything which was nice so we had time to hang around the B&B. We would highly recommend this place!! We plan to go again!! Thanks Donna and David!!.... and Mike & Ike (their sweet dogs)
