“The swimming pool was extremely dirty and the whole pool area looked closed, despite it was high season. The reception was open, but I found these guys sleeping in sofas and I started the breakfast myself. The hole concept was poor. Expedia promised me a gym at their webpage but the staff did not know if they had or not, after 3 days one of them said, sorry, we have no gym...”

“The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”
