“The communal areas in the hotel were lovely and the staff were friendly. The room we were allocated however was very disappointing for the price. We paid £194 for one night with a £20 additional charge for bringing our dog. The room we were given felt cramped and as it was on the ground floor, there was very limited natural light. Cob webs everywhere, dust and debris on the chairs and in creases of the bedroom suede walls, spiders in corners and cutlery provided has old food hardened within the cuts of the forks as it hasn’t been cleaned properly and left. Toilet also splashes water all over the seat when flushing causing the lid to be splattered with toilet water after every flush.”

“Unbelievable apartment!!! What a find, from the moment I found The Rockefeller on Expedia to arrival through to the end of the stay everything was the best!!
