“Otroligt sköna sängar, sov som en prinsessa alla nätter. Personalen var trevlig och servicen bra. Förutom hotellets restaurang finns några restauranger precis utanför, annars är down town Birmingham inte så roligt.”

“Maffigt hotell med stora ytor. Säkert ett 5 star hotell förr. Ingen flygplanstransport. Bokade ett rum med tillgång till club-lounge. Den fanns inte kvar enligt hon som checkade in oss. Borde få kompensation. ”

“While the staff is nice, the owners don't care about the property or don't have the money to upkeep it. I'm not going to go into detail but almost not part of the hotel felt like it was worth the money. Until they have renovated, I would seriously consider staying elsewhere. Right across the street at the Hilton for the same price, I had a much better experience.”

“The room was very clean and well stocked/furnished. I was able to cook full meals in the kitchen. You can hear everything that people are doing in other units at all times. ”
