“The resort, staff and facilities are excellent. The location in Islamorada is great either for a few days in the keys or as a stopping point to or from Key West. We didn’t get time to use all of the facilities but there are restaurants on site, kayaks, pools, a lively beach and breakfast so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.”

“Front desk guy was super rude, disrespectful and gross. We rented a room for 6 max capacity (suite) and he was only letting 2 stay and making us pay for the extra 4 people, completely ignoring the fact we booked a room for 6 max capacity. We tried every possible way to fix the situation, but he only showed a bad attitude and gave us the worst treatment we have ever received!
