“The breakfast attendant was not very friendly. She just put out the food…no smile, grumpy looking, maybe just having a rough morning. The shower pressure was not the best this morning or yesterday. All in all, as much as we patronize this property due to visiting family in the area, we may look for another hotel to lodge. It just did not give us the satisfaction that we are used to, unfortunately.”

“Room was modestly clean at best. My room was not refreshed during my stay. Beds were not made and used towels I placed on the floor remained on the floor. Hotel has outdoor room access. I was unable to sleep due to several other hotel patrons outside my room talking loudly and carrying on between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM. I was told by staff it was my responsibility to call police to control the situation. I will not stay at another Econo Lodge based on my experience.”

“Breakfast was ok. Our stay overlapped a large group of students who were very noisy and had no regard for other guests, but that was not the hotel's fault. I feel that the handicapped shower in our room was still a bit dangerous as the floor tiles were extremely slippery. My mother was very worried about her older sister slipping, so we put down plenty of towels outside of the shower. Perhaps they can add a nonslip mat in the bathroom in addition to the safety rails.”

“This is a great place to stay when visiting Colonial Williamsburg. It is next to the visitor center and the busses circulating around the historical area. While we did not use many of the facilities since we are "old folks", there are a lot of things for kids to do on the property- pool, splash pad, ping pong, miniature golf.
