This home is centrally located and minutes away from Metropolitan Hospital, YQG Airport, VIA rail and from the US border to Detroit. You can look out the window and see mature trees that represent a deep-rooted ambience. With cul de sacs and street names (that have poppy recognition) reflect a historical time dating back to 1926. You can find yourself surrounded by several restaurants/bars that are located only 5 minutes away.
The floor plan of the house is unique as we have two bedrooms with queen sized beds on the main floor, living room, full bathroom, kitchen, and a dining room that includes a dedicated workstation.
On the lower level you can find an entire executive suite, this includes a master bedroom with a queen size bed, living room, dining area with a kitchenette, full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a washer dryer for all your laundry necessities. The backyard is a shared space with the upstairs tenant (who will be your on-site host named Melissa), this includes a sitting area with a fire table that can be easily accessed from your own private patio entrance. We also provide free parking on site for one vehicle. This space is immaculate, and the owners take pride in their Walkerville gem.
