âThis is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! â

âThe hotel seems like a luxury hotel both from the look and also the price! But the services we received did not feel luxurious at all. The curtain in the room was detached and there was leftover stuff from previous guests in the mini bar that started to grow mold! The TV was not only small but also did not work; neither the local channels nor the easy means to let us use our own streaming devices and to cast. The staff were friendly though and helpful.

âPerfekt hotell precis vid Cityhall. En etta med kök med allt man behöver. FrukostpĂ„se med yoghurt, Ă€pple och juice varje morgon. Bara att gĂ„ ner och köpa fĂ€rskt bröd i nĂ€rliggande butik. Ost mm köpte vi pĂ„ St George och hade i kylskĂ„pet.

âThe hotel staff were helpful and friendly as well as being able to stay in the heart of the city was a fantastic experience. Staying on the older side of the building the AC was not working well and made the room warm but overall was a great experience. â
âGreat location in Belfast with just a 6 min walk from the Trainstation. No need to take a taxi when the path was without any problem with a large luggage.
The staff was very friendly, and the room was fresh and marv from my point of view.

âNot gonna lieâthe stairs werenât fun! But everything else made up for it. The rooms were cute, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing night. We took a walk and found an amazing spot for dinner just down the streetâhonestly the best meal of our whole trip.
Breakfast at the hotel was quick, tasty, and just what we needed to start the day. It's a charming little place, and we'd definitely stay again if we're in the area!â
