“I generally found my experience at the hotel to be satisfactory, except for one incident where management approached my guest in the parking lot unprofessionally due to mistaken identity. They incorrectly associated my guest with unrelated incidents at the hotel. Thankfully, my guest's strong community leadership and public safety background enabled him to resolve the situation amicably. The management team later offered a sincere apology and accepted full accountability for their behavior....
