“Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and big. The only thing that can be improved is the room itself. The sofa and Carpet had stains on it, there was no hot water in the shower.”

“We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!”
