Room was bigger than expected and super clean. Walls were thin as we could hear our neighbor’s alarm constantly going off in the morning. Bed was great though!

THE PROPERTY IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT, NEVER AN ISSUE WITH THE ROOMS, STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL, BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS AND FILLING AND FRESHLY MADE.

Great room for more than 4 people. The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. The food in the bistro wasn’t great but edible. Breakfast omelette was great but hash browns overcooked and cold. Would stay at this hotel again

The hotel is busy which is good. But the staff need to be aware of the various paper work in place put into place prior to people checking in. Also, the front deck staff need to speak English. The staff had a difficult time to speak english especially when they became overwhelmed.

This a wonderful hotel to stay in. Breakfast is amazing and has everything even for kids. Rooms are nice and clean. Always love staying here with kids because they love the pool.

Booked 2 rooms because no suite a available call location to ensure adjoining rooms. Got to location one rm adjoined to snorgwr but family wasnt in adjoining room but rather the room not adjoining. Very inconvenient. Our contioner was disabled so hotel set what they felt was a comfortable temperature. I like it cool to sleep. So i had a night of no sleep. Poor customer service with lack of control on ttom temperature plus inconvenience ofnot have an adjoining roo.with 4 children. Worst hotel rental in a very long time. Will definitely not be a first choice in the future
