Nice checking for the room that was put forward as a suite was definitely not a suite it was so small the sofa bed was really unusual usable so we ended up renting another room at an exorbitant rate

Paid for breakfast for two on our reservation from Expedia, but did not get any voucher for it at checkin. Had to go to front desk to get it rectified. Then advised that we would have to pay extra on our room for the breakfast because they covered only $20 each. Signed up for breakfast for two. It did not say anything about a $20 limit. Seems like a nickel and dime you to death place.

Loved the fire table and patio area. The common area were fantastic, and the gym was quite impressive. Did not like the fact they charged me an extra $20 to park my car on their property. There were only a few dinning options. Had to drive out of airport. Check in staff was not easy to understand

After $327.13 for 1 standard room I was shocked an extra $15 was required to park overnight. Service at the lounge was extremely slow despite there only being two other people there. I literally had to hold my hand in the air to receive service. Fire alarm went off in my room caused from steam from the shower was also an unexpected surprise.

It's an airport hotel so if you have an early flight it's convenient. I don't like hotels not offering daily maid service. What is with that. The pandemic is over and I don't like being made to feel gulity because I requested to have my bed made! Also it's time to purchase some new towels here. These felt like they came from a Motel 6.

The way Expedia gouged me in this trip was disgusting. I had a room booked for two nights at $194 a night, then I had to add two more nights. There was ZERO mention of a rate change that was as follows: Tuesday $799 Wednesday $299 Thursday $499 Friday $299 Nothing even close to the initial rate or the rate at the hotel. Price gouging at its finest. Customer service, and I use that term lightly, responded with too bad so sad. I will be making a claim with my credit card, BBB and the hotel. Very shame business practices.
