As you said door is locked, It's not possible front desk is open 24 hours and someone is always there. Another thing as you mentioned there is no parking for guests, There is a huge area for guest parking for free, and for safety reasons security cameras are working 24 hours . Thanks

Sorry, you had a bad experience. Our doors are locked and can be opened only by the issued key. Plus there is a 24-Hour front desk one person is always available to help you. If you experience an issue all you need to do is call or ask the front desk. We could have helped you to clear your concerns.

The customer never checked in and was a little upset because we denied his entry due to our no-pets policy which is mentioned on the website.
