Hey Laura,I am sorry about the situation with the pool during your stay. We try our best to get and keep it open but sometimes what we do just doesn't work and the numbers and chemicals are just unsafe and we can't open it. It's not a fun situation all around. I am happy however that everything else seemed to have gone well. I hope that you will come back and try us again when the pool is open so you can tell me how much you loved it :)
