Historic 3-bedroom apartment steps from downtown Winooski

Built in the 1899, this centrally located triplex has the old feel charm with some nice improvements. We have curated the space to feel warm and inviting, so that you can enjoy your weekend or a longer stay. Local VT art, historic maps and guides; all play tribute to Winooski and VT. The space offers two king beds and one queen. Plenty of dresser and closet space to unpack your belongings. Two designated work spaces with warm lighting, in case you need to get some work done before jet setting around town. We've provided warm lighting, super soft bedding, bedside chargers, dresser, desk, so you can unpack and unwind. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and clothing rack, and lots of daylight through its 4 windows. The living area has a cozy couch, accompanied by a Smart TV with all the streaming Apps, fun reads to pick through as you sit back and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven ect. We also offer complimentary coffee and tea. The unit also has salt/pepper and olive oil. There is a big kitchen pantry that you can unpack your groceries in and hang your coats. You can also place your bikes there, we just ask to keep it tidy.
We also offer a kids high-chair and Pack N Play. We know traveling with little ones can be a little more work, so please enjoy those amenities. We do ask you to provide your own pack N play sheet.
