**Insect Precautions:** We routinely treat the property for bugs and insects, but Florida's subtropical climate naturally supports various critters. To help minimize their presence, please keep doors closed whenever possible.

**Propane Tanks** We provide multiple propane tanks for both grills. If all tanks are empty, guests will need to refill them, and we will gladly reimburse the cost of the refill.

**Location** The house is situated in a lively area with plenty of shopping and dining options. It’s located on the same thoroughfare as LEGOLAND®. Additionally, you may hear boats and jet skis on the lake. That said, the house and property themselves offer a very relaxing atmosphere, with peaceful water views and private spaces that make it easy to unwind once you’re on site.

Intimate gatherings are allowed, but different rates and rules apply. Separate approval needed.

The dock, beach, and firepit are just across a quiet dead-end road that serves only a few homes.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and the use of kayaks and/or paddle boards are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the kayaks and/or paddle boards.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the kayaks and/or paddle boards and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of kayaks and/or paddle boards may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the kayaks and/or paddle boards if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks and/or paddle boards while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the kayaks and/or paddle boards.

All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
