The complex is located right at the entrance of the ski resort and hiking trails, and the apartment is situated on the 6th floor, offering lovely views. On the roof, you’ll find a large terrace perfect for barbecues, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. A parking space is available directly in front of the house for your convenience.

The complex offers a bicycle rack, ski storage room, indoor pool, sauna, and relaxation room, all free of charge. For a small fee, guests can also use the solarium, washing machine, and dryer. For general use, there is a children’s playroom, a ping pong table, a dart board, shuffleboard, and table football.

Guests receive a SauerlandCard free of charge with their booking, allowing unlimited use of local buses and trains, making it easy to explore the beautiful surrounding area.
