Located on the second floor and accessible via stairs, this bright 33 m² apartment accommodates up to four guests, ideally two adults and two children. All rooms are arranged on one floor, although there are some internal height differences with steps.Living and sleeping area: The bright living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV and a dining table with seating for four. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two children.Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a double bed consisting of two 90 × 200 cm mattresses, bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe and a second TV.Bathroom: The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator.Balcony: The balcony includes a seating area with a table and two chairs and offers views of the Sauerland mountains.Ski and bicycle storage: A shared storage room is available for bicycles and skis.Laundry facilities: A washing machine is available free of charge in the shared storage room.Pets: Pets are welcome, so you can bring your four-legged companion along for your stay.
