The flat, located on the 2nd floor, offers space for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). You reach the accommodation via the stairs in which all rooms are on one floor, although there are some height differences, such as a small staircase. In the living room, you will find a comfortable (sofa bed) with a television and a dining table with room for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped. With an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, you have everything you need to prepare your meals.
The bedroom is next to the kitchen and contains a double bed (2x 90x200cm). There is a second TV here so you can also enjoy watching television from bed. There are also 2 bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 children. The bathroom has a walk-in/rain shower, toilet, washbasin, and towel radiator.
From the accommodation, you look out over the mountains of Sauerland. The area is great for hiking with your dog, which is allowed on holiday as this accommodation allows one pet. There is no washing machine in the accommodation, but it is possible to use the washing machine in the shared storage room for bikes and skis free of charge.

This accommodation is located in Neuastenberg. In the centre of Neuastenberg you will find a bakery and several cosy restaurants for a bite to eat and a drink. The small family-friendly ski area, including a natural toboggan run, is perfect for skiing with children. The area is quiet and friendly but nevertheless there is plenty to do on skis, sledge, bike or walk. You won't get bored easily here!

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
