The holiday flat full of cosiness, flair and style is located in the heart of the Sauerland mountains, central to the tourist resorts of Winterberg and Willingen.
Haus Sonnenhügel (540 m) is situated on a quiet south-facing slope with a panoramic view over the Sauerland mountains, below the nature conservation and hiking area of Langenberg (843.2 m/highest mountain in the Sauerland) and Hochheide/Neuer Hagen (838 m).
The Hillebachsee leisure centre (wakeboard facility) is only a few minutes' walk away. Nordic walking and cross-country skiing start on the doorstep. Central to the Winterberg and Willingen bike centres.
300 metres to the Rothaarsteig trail. Only 250 m to the village centre.
Only approx. 7 minutes to the Winterberg ski carousel.

The flat is located in the Winterberg-Niedersfeld district.

There are particularly good hiking opportunities. The Rothaarsteig trail leads over the nearby Hochheide (800 m). The area around the Hillebachsee lake (wakeboard facility) offers further leisure opportunities

The cosy reading corner invites you to browse and switch off. In the modern equipped kitchen with electric cooker/ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher you can easily prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. The new pellet stove provides cosy warmth on cold days and lets you forget everyday life with a glass of red wine. Two separate bedrooms ensure a relaxing night's sleep. In the bright bathroom you will find a shower and a bathtub (incl. hairdryer). The entire flat has underfloor heating.
Internet access (WLAN//Amazon Prime). There is a 2nd TV set in the bedroom.
A cot and high chair are available for younger guests.
An infrared heater allows you to have breakfast outside on the covered loggia at any time. Smoking is also possible there.
