âUpon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. Tina gave an interesting talk about them, whilst we were able to feed them. Our stay was truly lovely and the sunsets, other wildlife were just the âicing on...
âWe had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door. âStayed for 2 nights as we were in the area for a Woodturning experience. Room we had was a converted garage and was perfect for our needs. Fully self contained with parking outside. We booked breakfast at ÂŁ10 each and it was brought to the room at a time of our choosing, brilliant. Staff extremely friendly and there us a lovely, large garden to relax in at the back.â

âCozy old hotel with a lot of character. Lots of shops nearby. Nice little town. Newly renovated rooms. Restaurant and pub downstairs that serves good food for resonable prices. Downstars there's a lot of the old feeling and character of the building still there, in a good way.â
âNo heating in the room, it was 6 degrees in there all night. They gave me a new room in the morning, but when I arrived after work it was just 12 degrees in that room. ItÂŽs also very worn down with stains everywhere on walls and floors, and it smells of mold.â
âEven though my visit was short the staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, food was very nice even though it wasn't my first choice. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was nice and comfy. There was a couple of issues with the room, the remote for the tv didn't work, the bed moved about a lot and the ledge above the sink was in the way so was trying to avoid bumping my head to look in the mirror, but overall a very good stay, i would come back. Also Breakfast was very niceâ
âYes itâs a caravan park, but the purpose built pods are amazing. Everything you would need as a home away from home.
A lovely stay for two nights. Felt safe within the park. Nice and quiet if you want the tranquility. The staff were friendly and very helpful as I had a very late check-in. Staff left instructions to find the key and directions to my pod.
My only advice is to take your own bath towels or ask the reception to rent a towel before you arrive. Nothing worse than a long day of...
âMy family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge.
The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here.â
âNothing wrong with the stay . Good room for an old building. Only concern was the position of the toilet. It was crammed into and a tight fit even for me who is large but not exsive.â

Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.
