The Hines Inn was originally the home of Ralph Hines - the man who built Lake Delton. The home was remodeled in 2024 and is perfect for multiple families, family reunions, golf trips, and girl`s getaways.

A natural wood burning fireplace makes our home a great place to hang out after skiing at Devil`s Head or Cascade, but it is our almost 2,000 sq ft deck with hot tub and fire pit that make this the best location for your summer getaway!

Everyone loves this space, and we know that you will as well! The Hines Inn is set up for people that want three things:

#2 - A private space in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells

The main living area of the home consists of a large kitchen, dining, and living area with incredible views of Lake Delton.

Exterior:
Besides the almost 2000 sq ft deck with a gas fire pit and 8-person hot tub, the yard is huge with a wood burning fire pit and gas grill. Don`t forget to bring your favorite yard games. The boat launch is just behind the house and convenient for watching people try to launch their boats or to put in your own boat or kayaks. Dells Watersports is just around the corner for those that need to rent.

Our guests have access to the entire property except the owner`s closet and the basement.

We give our guests the space they expect but are available to respond if anything is needed.

Hines Terrace is a quiet street located between The Wilderness Resort and Lake Delton. The neighbors are full-time residents.
- Occupancy is limited to 20 people; For bookings made on certain websites that do not go to 20 people, a manual adjustment may be made in the amount of $50 per person, per night, for each guest over the stated amount. For example, if you entered 16+ people and are bringing 18 people, there will be an extra $100 per night (plus taxes and fees) manually added to your reservation.

- Smoking is only allowed on the driveway and smokers must clean up after themselves. No smoking (anything) or vaping on the deck or in the house. Signs of smoking (including smells) will result in a $500 penalty for odor abatement and additional cleaning.

- No cooking, barbecuing, s`mores, or anything else on the gas fire pit on the deck. These activities are okay on the wood firepit in the yard.

- No glass containers or food in or around the hot tub

- Guests must shower before entering the hot tub

- Children are not allowed in the hot tub at any time

- Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

- Hot tub use is considered `at one`s own risk`

- No jumping or diving in the hot tub

- Replace hot tub cover when not in use

- Do not add soaps, bubbles, oils, or any such chemicals to the hot tub

- Only duraflame type fire logs may be burned in the indoor fireplace. The wood firepit (in the yard, not to be confused with the gas one on the deck) can burn regular logs.

- Owner and management reserve the right to evict guest(s) at any time and for any infractions, neighborhood complaints, or general misuse of the property and/or its contents.
