The place seemed to have a lot of people who live there? Unkempt rooms, random things splattered on the wall by the bed. Window in room had dead bugs in the track as well as smears on the physical glass. No shampoo whatsoever (not a huge deal but bizarre in all honesty) horrific shower experience because the showerhead was calcified and dirty. I don’t understand the 8.2 rating on here whatsoever. The front desk clerk was incredibly rude to my husband when he asked for an additional pillow and blanket..as if it was coming out of his pocket (you know the room we are in..write it down and provide it to housekeeping to charge us if the required amount of linens weren’t present at check out…simple standard hospitality policy) which was honestly humorous to us - I’m glad we have a sense of humor and didn’t let the brashness ruin our entire weekend. I am glad it was an adult only trip because this is not a kid friendly facility and certainly lock your doors - it may only be a few minutes out of the main resorts in the dells but it honestly feels like you are going to get robbed walking to and from your car.
