Awesome!!!!!!! Exceeded our expectations from the house, rooms, comphy beds, cleanliness, to the resort..Springbrook facilities from pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, to the wonderful bar amd restaurant...great staff, really good food...we enjoyed our entire stay, way better than staying at a hotel... highly recommend

Review

The property was perfect and very accurate to the pictures if not better than the photos. The property manager was very nice and flexible. My room was ready hours before the 4pm check in and I was able to have a late check out for no extra charge! Very happy with my stay and plan on hosting sometime in the near future.

Perfect place for senior citizens too!

Everything was clean and orderly. There were more than enough supplies such as dish soap, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. We did not have any issues during our stay. The only thing I would recommend, especially for seniors but useful for the safety of all is to add grab bars in the showers.

Pros: Great layout for multi-generational group; Kids liked the games in the sunroom and the fire pit; Area was quiet and calm (other reviews mention highway noise - this was only outside and was white noise for our group); Patio table and chairs for 6 meant we could do dinner outdoors; Dells attraction discount coupon Cons: Other than the resort clubhouse/pool, nothing really walkable; Some wear and tear (especially in the sunroom)

This property was just perfect for 4 classmates and spouses! Close to most everything that we had an interest in. Kitchen was well appointed, but ice maker wasn't working to keep up to our demand. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Pros & Cons of Rabbit Hole

First, the pros - the floor plan worked well for our group, which was 2 couples & 3 children. The home has minimal decor which made it kid friendly. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water. Kids loved the foosball & basketball games in the sunroom. Location was convenient to the Spring Brook facilities & to what the Dells have to offer. We enjoyed both the indoor & outdoor pools & the playground. Plenty of chairs at the pool & handy bar for snacks & beverages. A few cons - the washing machine is very inconvenient to use since the door is prevented from fully opening by the wall. A top loader is really better suited to this home. The kitchen had so many duplicate utensils & knives that less would have been more. But the biggest complaint about the kitchen is definitely the silverware! It is truly pathetic. There's not enough of it either, which I might also say about the dishes & glassware when you consider how many poeple the house could sleep. The one item we wanted but never found was a cork screw. Since there were wine glasses I expected one would be available. The bottom fridge drawer also needs adjusting. It's very difficult to open & close. We ended up just not using it. This is also the only VRBO we've stayed in that didn't provide at least salt & pepper. The other con is the noise from the freeway when you are outdoors. It is not heard in the house though. Would have liked a bin for recycling as well. Foosball table also needs some TLC.

Nice home , construction and highway very noisy.

The home we stayed in was nice, however when we got there the house was not cleaned, there was Gatorade bottles under one of the beds , dirt all over the floors, and crumbs all in the futon. The master bedroom is very noisy due to the highway it sounds like someone is running through the house. The big jacuzzi tub looks great , by the time it got full the water was ice cold!
