“First our shower had blood stains in it. Then refrigerator didn’t work. Took two attempts to fix it then it ended up getting replaced. After that they didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day. On one good point front desk staff was always friendly. I’d definitely check other options be staying at this property!”

“Customer service was great until staff didn’t communicate properly about the parking and when told they made a error now she had to talk to other staff and I wanted a regular room they gave me a hearing accessible room when trying to change it I was given the run around thru Expedia and request wasn’t granted cause Expedia said they couldn’t get into contact with anyone and ask for a refund and repurchase the room like how is that a good option? Overall love the hotel and hope I get my refund...

“It took moree than one hour until you could flush the toilet again. Due to that it was not filoing up and instead leaking. On the third day the keycards suddeny stopped working. Some of the frontdesk staff were rude and arrogant. Never agan!”

“Hotel was amazing!!!!! Nikki and Roberto at the front desk were awesome as well as another female who checked us out… I didn’t get her name but she had beautiful jewelry! Everyone was so nice and Nikki gave loved our pups and gave them treats and love every time we went out to use bathroom!! The area was a little sketchy with some locals who hang out at the corner store, but no one bothered us even on our walks to the school down the street. Parking was great and felt secure as well as the hotel...

“The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! I had asked for a room that did NOT face I-94, but ALL the rooms on that side of hotel were taken. Traffic noise was...
