The floor plan is very practical with 2 large bedrooms - one of which is equipped with a desk as a workplace - and a large living-dining area.

The best thing, however, is the location. The flat is located directly in the historic harbour district of Wismar, which has been very positively upgraded in recent years with a lot of love and attention and impresses with its historic warehouses.

The flat has a great view of the industrial harbour and there is always something to see and discover, especially for children. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, which are particularly soundproof (as are all the windows in the flat), even the youngest guests can look directly at the ships coming and going.

With the small but very nice private terrace, you can also enjoy the harbour flair, including the sea air and the chattering of the seagulls, and enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee in peace and quiet.

The harbour promenade with its small shops and the historic old town are just a few minutes' walk away.

The offer also includes the use of a large, lockable bicycle room in the building. Bicycles as well as pushchairs, bicycle trailers or small scooters can be safely stored here. The flat key guarantees easy access to this area at all times.

It is also located on the Bay of Wismar. The flat is located directly in the harbour mile at the very end of the pedestrian zone and you can enjoy the great light and marvel at the combination of a living harbour with incoming and outgoing ships and the loading and unloading of cargo ships. Of course, nothing stands in the way of cruises with the passenger ships on the doorstep. Culinary delights are also on offer, from fresh fish from the cutter or a quick snack from the bistro to a really excellent Italian restaurant in the historic warehouse opposite. Due to its central location, day trips to other Hanseatic cities worth visiting such as Lübeck, Hamburg, Rostock or Stralsund are also possible. The state capital Schwerin is also only 30 minutes away. Travelling by train is also easy thanks to the flat's proximity to the train station.
