Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road.

“The hotel is well located close to the town centre and seafront for easy access to most attractions and shops. There is no reception so you get your codes emailed to you - completely didn't realise this as hadn't got an email in the morning before travelling (it came later) though did ring up the staff and they were understanding and got me in, with all information being resent. We booked really nice small double for a fair price in July - it even had a fridge to keep our drinks cool during wet...

“Really nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and there’s a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didn’t know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again.”
“Loved the closeness to beach and amenities bar on site dog friendly special are for breakfast with your dog wish they did snacks like cakes sandwhiches perhaps made to order as used to do evening meals which again could be booked so as no food waste ”
