A warm welcome to our vacation home “Uferglück” in beautiful Carolinensiel.
As the new owners, we’d like to introduce you to our vacation home and would be delighted to welcome you as our guests.
Our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and a toddler. The end-of-row house, which is approximately 70 m² in size, is located in a prime, central location in Carolinensiel. Enjoy peaceful and relaxing moments on the south-facing terrace and in the large southwest-facing garden, which features an additional terrace and a beach chair.

On the first floor of our vacation home, you’ll find a bright, spacious living room with a dining area, a fireplace, and a small reading nook. From here, you can access the terrace and the garden. A fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and a pod-style coffee maker) as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet are also located on the first floor.
In addition, the first floor features a small storage room that houses a washing machine.

Upstairs, two bedrooms offer plenty of space and comfort for a restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms have a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and one of the bedrooms also has a children’s (crib) bed. From one of the two bedrooms, you can access another bathroom with a toilet and bathtub.

All windows are equipped with roller shutters.

The vacation home is allergy-friendly and features tile flooring throughout the house.

A parking space assigned to the vacation home is located right next to the house. From the parking space, you have direct access to the garden. There is a lockable storage room in the garden for the bicycles you bring with you.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Our vacation home is located right next to the spa center and the “Cliner Quelle” water park, which features a sauna and an adventure pool. Electric vehicles can be charged there at a charging station.
Walking along the Harle River, you can reach the beach in Harlesiel in about 15 minutes.
You can reach the town center and the museum harbor—with its numerous restaurants, cafés, tea rooms, and bistros—in less than 5 minutes.
